What Makes Us Different from Other Residential Children's Staffing Agencies? "Here are two key reasons why I believe we provide exceptional service to children’s homes: each client is supported by two dedicated back-office professionals—an Account Manager and a Recruiter. Here’s how they work to support your home:" Account Manager: Ensures a deep understanding of your home’s specific requirements, including the type of support needed for young people with challenging behaviors, learning disabilities, and other unique needs. Matches the right support workers to your home based on these needs. Regularly updates your home's coordinator or manager to keep the rota accurate and up-to-date. Provides hands-on training to each staff member attending your home, ensuring they are fully prepared to meet the young people's needs. Recruiter: Remains fully aware of your home's current and future staffing needs. Actively engages with local staffing job boards to ensure a continuous pipeline of experienced residential support workers. Recruits with a fast turnaround, ensuring that your home is never left without the essential staff you require. To ensure the quality of service never drops, no Account Manager or Recruiter is assigned to more than three clients at a time. This allows them to maintain the focus and attention your home deserves. #childrensresidentialhomes #childrenshomeregisteredmanager #supportworkers #ofsted

🌟 Social care recruitment is an amazing journey! 🌈 Why, you ask? It's more than matching talent to jobs; it's about answering a deep-seated call 🤝 to infuse love, empathy, and deep human bonds. Each individual we place isn't just filling a role - they have the magic ✨ to transform lives and elevate communities. At the core of it, the social care sector seeks hearts as much as skills 💖 - we're searching for those rare gems 💎 with the bravery and heart to spark true transformation. We weigh personal virtue just as much as professional skills, striving for a full-picture perspective 🖼️ of our candidates to gauge their emotional wisdom and resilience. Here in the UK, we're navigating a growing challenge 📈. An ageing population means escalating demand for social care, further emphasizing the need for a dedicated and warm-hearted workforce. It's often the 'small' things done with excellence that set great agencies apart from the rest. Our Results Recruiting founder and CEO Mike Logan shares 4 recruiting actions that he's observed great agencies take every day: 1️⃣ They keep focused on the value and importance of recruiting. Successful agencies understand that consistent recruitment is crucial for their mission and sustainability. 2️⃣ They work on their lines of communication in detail. Effective recruitment relies on strong communication across all agency levels for optimal placements and foster home support. 3️⃣ They pay close attention to their processes. Top agencies prioritize process adherence and fundamentals for effective and consistent recruitment outcomes. 4️⃣ They act daily to increase their visibility in the community and eliminate barriers to families coming on board. #FamilyRecruitment #FosterCare #FosterFamilyRecruitment

Struggling to attract top talent in social care? 🧐 Recruitment in the social care sector can be especially challenging. With an ageing population and increasing demand for services, it's crucial to refine your approach. Here are five vital steps to enhance your social care recruitment strategy: 1. **Understand Your Audience**: Know the motivations and aspirations of social care professionals. Are they driven by a desire to make a difference, career progression, or work-life balance? Tailor your messaging to resonate with these key drivers. 2. **Streamline the Application Process**: Make it as easy as possible for candidates to apply. A cumbersome process can deter potential applicants. Ensure your application form is user-friendly and accessible from various devices. 3. **Offer Competitive Benefits**: Beyond salary, consider what benefits could set you apart. Flexible working hours, comprehensive training programmes, and clear paths for progression can be very attractive to job seekers in this field. 4. **Utilise Social Media**: Platforms like LinkedIn are not just for corporate roles. They can be a goldmine for finding compassionate, dedicated social care workers. Share stories and testimonials from current employees to showcase your organisation's culture and impact. 5. **Build a Strong Employer Brand**: Your reputation as an employer is everything. Highlight your commitment to staff development, the support you provide, and the difference your team makes in the community. This can turn your workforce into brand ambassadors who attract like-minded professionals. Remember, the goal is to not just fill vacancies but to attract individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. By implementing these steps, you can significantly improve your recruitment outcomes. #SocialCare #RecruitmentStrategy #CareSectorJobs #Vetro #Vetrorecruitment

Where are all the Children's Home Managers? It's a real concern in our sector. The shortage of Registered Children's Home Managers has been a growing issue, and it's impacting the quality of care. The reasons are complex. High stress levels, extensive regulations, and the emotional toll of the job are just a few factors. Plus, the financial rewards often don't reflect the responsibility and intensity of the role. No wonder so many are moving on to less demanding positions or leaving the field entirely. We need solutions. What can be done to make these vital roles more attractive? I'd be interested to hear your thoughts. 👇 #ChildrensCare #Recruitment #UKJobs
