I love the monthly calender by Action for Happiness. Today's 'Eat healthy and natural food and drink lots of water' is so important for how we feel, our energy and overall health. How can you make this easier for yourself? 👍 Keep a glass of water in the same room to remind you to drink throughout the day 👍 Enjoy some fruit instead of a glass of juice 👍 Include wholegrains, nuts and seeds 👍 Try different ways of cooking vegetables like roasting or stir fries. 👍 Experiment with herbs, spices, soy sauce, chili, lemon/lime in your cooking
