Montgomery County Friendly reminder to all: Montgomery County Adopts 2021 Codes Per a meeting held on December 2,2024 - MOCO has agreed to proceed with the adoption of the 2021 building codes.  If your project isn't through pre-screening for permit by Jan 1 of 2025, it will need to comply with 2021 code.

SBCC’s primary function is to adapt JCT’s contracts and produce equivalent contracts fully compliant with Scottish law and practice.
