Setting and maintaining good boundaries is a fundamental aspect of both personal power and role power development. Identifying three boundary styles (automatic no, automatic yes, and pendulum), we will reflect on our own go-to style and engage with the associated shadow and shine impacts in our relationships. We will then look at conscious boundary-setting skills in a number of categories, such as physical, sexual, environmental, time, financial, emotional, and social boundaries.
