Celebrating wins is important. We're usually so quick to move onto the next thing without recognising what we have achieved. Pausing to celebrate recognises the effort you put into achieving something. #amethystcoachingmethod

When we let others' opinions affect our ability to celebrate accomplishments or share them can be detrimental to our self-esteem, our confidence, and our belief in ourself. Why do we let someone else’s through, ideas and or opinions affect our ability to celebrate and to share the achievement? We need to do celebrate more often to help maintain the belief in ourself. #balancecentral #inspirationbychris #thenextstep #unlockyourpower #accelerateselfleadership #easyconversation

I’m going to say something that may ruffle some feathers… It’s ok to celebrate your wins. Let me explain: Society trains us to: • Focus on our faults and gaps. • Contain our self-expression. • Rush to the next goal without pausing. This mindset robs us of the simple joy of celebrating our wins. But here’s the thing: Every win matters. Big or small. Yours or someone else’s. Celebrate EVERYTHING. Why? Celebrating isn’t just about the moment—it’s about building momentum, lifting others up, and reminding yourself that progress is happening. Be the person who’s known for celebrating wins and spreading positivity. So, who and what are you celebrating today? — Found this helpful? - repost it. ♻️ Follow me, Misha Rubin, for more content like this.

The present moment is where life happens, but it’s easy to overlook in the rush of our daily routines. By taking time to reflect, we gain perspective on our journey - both how far we’ve come and where we want to go. When we connect with those around us and celebrate even the smallest joys, we bring intentionality and fulfillment to our lives. Let’s honor the now by pausing, reflecting, and celebrating what makes this moment extraordinary. Ask yourself: 🔹 What small joy or connection can I embrace fully this week to honor the present?

CELEBRATE WITH MEANING, NOT JUST WITH CROWDS. As we journey through our personal and professional lives, it's essential to recognize and celebrate our achievements. But let's not get caught up in comparing ourselves to others and defining success based on societal standards. True celebration comes from acknowledging our progress and accomplishments that align with our goals and values. Buying a new car might be a milestone for someone, but it may not be a meaningful achievement for you. Take time to reflect on your goals and identify what truly deserves celebration. Let's focus on celebrating with meaning, not just with crowds.
