Journey after Graduation: Interview 1 at Adani Airport Holdings Ltd for Pranam Services : Selected- Didn't Join due to the contractual role which I wasn't informed about. Interview 2 at Sutherland for a Support role in Netflix : Selected- Couldn't Join due to boundary issues. Interview 3 at TRIARQ Health India : Selected didn't join due to immensely poor compensation. Interview 4 at Computer Age Management Services Limited : Selected- Couldn't Join due to unavailability of Final year marksheet. Interview 5 at Anonymous company at Vashi Infotech Park : Selected- Didn't join due to a contractual role which wasn't informed prior. Interview 6 at TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. : Selected- didn't join due to Compensation Mismatch. Interview 7 at Thyrocare Technologies Ltd. for Pharmeasy (Aarman Solution) Support Role: Selected- Joined and left post 3 months due to personal loss. Interview 8 at Info Edge India Ltd : Rejected. Interview 9 at jaro education : Selected- Left in half a month because of the super toxic culture and people. Interview 10 at ICICI Lombard : Selected - In the process but I feel like I dont fit in the role ... .......

Employee (to HR): My manager is not allowing me sick leave despite the fact I'm not feeling well today. HR: Please sort this issue with your Line Manager, he has an authority to approve your leaves. After this, Employee came to his seat and started working along with cursing all of them instead of fighting for his rights just because of 1 fear, if I will get fired from here, who will be responsible for my bread and butter. or Meray pass aj koi or offer hoti to in k mun pr resign marta 🤐 Then HR's communication with the line Manager: Mr...... came to me that you are not approving his sick leave. Guys I am now really fed up of organizations and Employees giving lame replies as attached on every job application I have sent and Don't have idea that if they have to hire the employees through internal references only at the end of the day, so why are they even posting jobs on linkedin and other platforms. I still can't belive, that even after giving my valuable 18 years to the industry and FM sector and earning a much of expertise in Housekeeping and soft services operations, someone is deciding every time to not to go with my profile further and without interview ing even once how can someone decide that if I a possible match for that job which they post or not. now a days this is the sad and bitter truth of FM industry in India these days, that is why all deserving candidates goes into vain and are being indirectly forced to take up lower level roles without there will due some or the other reasons like personal, financial or professional and directly which puts a negative impact on there profile and career. comment and like if anyone of you have faced the same situation.

Job makes you a 🐎DISCIPLINED guy! So, last Sat-Mon it was a holiday in my office. On Friday EOD I thought I would complete that retention course, create a new retention strategy, and read some books. But guess what, I successfully wasted those 3 days by watching movies🤦. Then on Tuesday when I reached the office after the holidays, I really felt the entire day was Very productive. P.S. Are there any HACKS that can help you to be productive on Holidays also. WHY? Those days can ultimately help you in your career growth. #Job #Discipline #RjMari
