If you're not feeling the benefits from the supps you are taking, it's time for a change... Do you take supplements? 💊 🔑 HERE are the key things to look out for ⬇️ 1️⃣ Look for Third-Party Testing - double-blind trials - clinical trials - customer reviews 2️⃣ Clear and Honest Labels Make sure the label lists all ingredients. (maximum 8!!🙏🏻) + the bioavailability ->> Liquid supplements can be much more bioavailable for the body 💊 Or try taking your supplements with good fats (yoghurt is my fave) 3️⃣ Realistic Health Claims Avoid products that promise "miracle" results. Good supplements support health, but they won’t cure or fix everything. Look for supplements that are backed by research and science. 🧬 4️⃣ Look for clinical studies online 🧪 Look for companies that are open about where and how their supplements are made. Clinical studies take time and they're costly - I still trust some brands without this. As always, start with a balanced diet... MY VERSION of a balanced diet means: 🥩 I eat fish, eggs, and steak maybe once / twice a month atm. 🍦 I indulge in sweet things like cinnamon buns when it comes from a good place - not a place of filling a void (I used to struggle with emotional eating!) 🍒 I eat according to my cycle, this makes my body feel and look its best. 🥬 My goal is to make my plate colorful, and stick to veggies that are in season. I'm going to start taking NMN, really excited to try it and feel the effects. I see a lot of Actors and other Influencers promoting weight loss products. It's their work. (Let's not comment on that). But the number of people buying or consuming those products is shocking. According to US government agencies, 15% of the adult population has taken weight-loss dietary supplements once in their life. Though we don't have any such data published for India, it wouldn't be very relieving. The rate at which these products grip the market is scary. Anything that alters the natural biology of the body is unhealthy. Either it makes you fairer, slimmer, or taller. It's harming you, and results will be evident in the long run. If you want to take good care of your health: ✅ Eat Right ✅ Stay Active ✅ Have a Routine Try to fix your basics and put some effort into your health. Don't chase the shortcuts.
