Reflecting back, the early days weren’t easy. I faced skepticism from colleagues who dismissed robotic surgery as a passing fad. Concerns about cost, OR time, and "value" dominated the conversation. But what is "value," really? It extends far beyond dollars and cents. It’s about better outcomes, improved precision, and enhanced patient care. Fast forward to today: ✅ Patients are recovering faster and better. ✅ Surgery is more efficient and precise. ✅ Costs are lower than ever for the care we provide.
