Thank you.】 How to identify stainless steel with fingerprint-free treatment? We conducted a small experiment on two PVD golden brushed stainless steel plates by pressing fingerprints and wiping them with a wet towel. The key difference between these two plates is that one has an oil seal for a fingerprint-free effect, while the other does not. When pressing fingerprints on both plates, the regular stainless steel plate showed visible fingerprints, whereas the oil-sealed fingerprint-free stainless steel plate did not (see paragraph 1). In the second test, we wiped both plates with a wet cloth. The regular stainless steel plate showed water marks, while the fingerprint-free stainless steel plate remained spotless (see paragraph 2). Although the regular stainless steel plate shows signs of use, it has a more pronounced metallic texture compared to the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel plate. #bespokemetalwork #sheetmetalfabrication #architecturalmetalwork #stainlesssteelfabrication #pvd

#FRPgratingmachine is used for making different kinds of FRP(fiberglass reinforce plastic) molded gratings, commonly used mesh size include 38*38*H25, 38*38*H30, 38*38*H38, and also can make customized dimensions according to request. The mold block made by S45C steel, and the top plate use material of S45C with thickness 14mm,and other support steel structure with steel grade Q235C, the block dimension tolerance will be control within +-0.1mm.

#SelfCleaningScreens - A perforated plate that supports the sliders is replaced by applying a heavy mesh to the bottom of a standard screen tension ring. The required amount of sliders or cleaners are placed on top of the mesh. The mesh is then epoxy bonded to the ring which sandwiches the cleaners between both mesh screens. The purpose is to speed up change-out time and to eliminate the costly perforated plates which commonly crack and become loose and noisy. It is most economical to return these units to the factory for replacement of the top mesh since the sliders and support mesh in most applications should last a lot longer than the finer screen that does the sizing.
