CLAIMS AND CONTRACT MANAGER CENTRAL AFRICA Review of proposed Contractual terms & conditions as per EPC Contract. Identify High Risk clauses, and propose alternative wording where appropriate. To attend various internal review meetings for final bid, if required. Detailed Analysis of the Contract. Review Project Synopsys Notices under the Contract. General Contractual Issues. Review correspondence, MOM, internal MOM etc. on regular basis. Review of Change Orders. Maintain Records. Monitor all contentious issues. Attendance at progress meetings, if required. Support for preparation of sub-contract terms for the major suppliers, if required, to match main contract. Review of Insurance Claims, claims, etc. Involvement in the Dispute cases. Monthly report of major contractual issues as per Standard Operating Process of the Company Project wise. Preparation/ Review of Claims & EOT Cases. Involvement in Litigation to support legal team.
