What a week in San Fransisco at #Dreamforce. The scale, execution and passion on display is frankly remarkable. What the Salesforce team have build both in terms of technical capability and community is amazing to see. How do you possibly recap an event that spans 1,500 events over 3 days? Answer: with great difficulty. 1. AGENTFORCE: From the keynote to the hands on session the potential that Agentforce brings it incredible. I cannot wait to see the first Bullhorn Agents translating this awesome tech into awesome outcomes in staffing & recruitment and helping to augment and elevate user, client & talent experiences 🤖 2. DATA, DATA, DATA: There are a hundred analogies for data being the critical foundation for unlocking the benefits of AI & Automation, pick whatever one focus you and your business on putting data at the heart of everything you do. I left #Dreamforce more convinced than ever that those who master their data will win and win big 🔢 3. COMMUNITY: Community can often be confused with a lack of diverse thinking. In the case of the Salesforce community it is the opposite and that was a true highlight of the week. Hearing from & talking to people who have a common technology at their core but who are all pushing the boundaries of where and how that technology can change the world for the better. 💡 💡 💡 Cap it all off with some time with fantastic clients and colleagues. 🤖 As Agentforce has now gone GA, I caught lots of posts over the weekend debating the how to get the best from the tech, how important is the data, etc. ☁ The truth is that there still is a lot of uncertainty around the tech. Two things are certain though. Firstly Agentforce is here and here to stay. Salesforce have nailed their colours to the mast with this one and are pushing it hard. ✅ Secondly, Agentforce will not replace humans just yet. 🤼 🧠 In fact, the success of Agentforce actually relies on humans. Read that again. 👀 Without people that understand the tech, put simply, it will not work. The difficulty is that like with all new stuff, it's hard to find experts, because that takes time. ( remember 10 years experience with Agentforce cannot exist yet!) ⏳ Despite that, we've been talking to Salesforce experts from Partners, Endusers and Architects to Admins to find out what skills are going to be needed. And you'll be surprised, it's not the usual list of certifications!!
