Infinite Delegation…. I’ve been listening to a bit of the ‘ALL IN’ podcast lately. Very intelligent guys and albeit a bit technical for me at times.! In ‘Founder Mode’ they talk about the idea of infinite delegation which is a really interesting concept and I’ve been relating it to some conversations I’ve been having with clients over the past few weeks. Particularly around some of the challenges they are facing around the correlation between proposal and pitch to execution of service in existing supplier relationships. Delegation being important, however execution to a high standard and delivering on what was promised is more so!
