Do you ever find yourself wondering why you react a certain way in relationships? Maybe you avoid conflict, overgive, or struggle to ask for what you need. These patterns often come from the unspoken messages you absorbed as a child—things like “Don’t cry,” “Love means sacrifice,” or “Your needs aren’t as important.” These beliefs may still be shaping how you connect with others today. But here’s the good news: you don’t have to stay stuck in those old narratives. Together, we can explore where these messages came from, how they’re holding you back, and ways to rewrite them into something that serves you better. #Abuse #HealthyRelationships #AveryNeal #RelationshipAdvice #HealthyHabits ##EmotionalWellness #HealthyBoundaries #MentalHealthMatters #AnxietySupport #SelfCareTips #TraumaHealing #DivorceCoParenting #MindfulRelationships
