How do we work on halving foodwaste? One of the solutions is regarding unavoidable foodlosses not as waste but as still valuable and nutritious ingredients to be upcycled to food! It already has cost so much energy in production so therefore these sidestreams must be upcycled to food and food ingredients. How can we work on making this the new normal! We know!
