The fourth instalment of the 12 Process Tips for Christmas. 4. Focus on the Stakeholder: Any process improvement should be aligned with the stakeholder's needs and expectations. Ensure that the changes will ultimately benefit them, whether through faster delivery, higher quality, or better service. The stakeholders might be external customers, it might be your boss, it could be a business partner, or a supplier, or other teams in your organisation. Chances are it'll be some combination, and... they all have different needs and expectations. Understanding those needs and finding a way to fulfil those needs is a key challenge when designing processes. There is no magic formula for doing this. You just have to take the time to find a way to give everyone at least some of what they need. Link to part three: https://lnkd.in/eHjFRnKr I help companies achieve operational excellence to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment. Whether your challenge is growth, mergers, acquisitions, new regulations or things are just not working as well as you’d like, I can help.
Simplifying Complexity: Operational Excellence for Fast Growing Businesses - Operations Leader | Director of Operations/COO
The second of the 12 Process Tips for Christmas 2. Engage Employees: Involve employees who are directly working within the processes. Their insights can reveal hidden inefficiencies and practical solutions, as they know the system firsthand. They know the problems the best - they live with them every day - and they can often see simple changes that will make things better. Plus, by involving them early they are more likely to support the changes needed and can even become additional advocates for it.

VoiceNation X connective3 - a survey-led approach to building authority and links in the U.S. 🇺🇸 VoiceNation was looking to build relevant campaigns with a focus on employee wellbeing, which we did through a survey-led strategic approach. This allowed us to understand the current landscape of employees and businesses across the nation. Based on the survey data we collected, we built two campaigns: 🚩 Interview red flags 😴 Burnt out states We outreached these campaigns using a national and state-by-state approach, along with generating proactive campaigns from the survey data to support the outreach strategy. ✅ Results 148+ results with an average domain authority of 52 Shoutout to Emma Robinson, Carrie-Beth B., and Tom Travers for your great work in achieving these results! 🔗 Find out more about how we can support your international PR strategy by visiting: https://lnkd.in/gmsatBHT or reach out to our U.S. PR Lead, Allen W.

Using surveys as part of our US PR strategy 🌎 👇 One of our recent strategies for our US clients has included the use of surveys from which we've already seen incredible results. These are the 3 things we've learned from implementing this strategy, so far: 1️⃣ Ask a range of questions: It's important to include a variety of survey questions to gain valuable insights into different areas around your topic. 2️⃣ Utilise all your data: Beyond basic demographics, survey data is a goldmine for crafting new angles and by having an always on approach, means you can offer your findings when relevant topics are trending. 3️⃣ Leveraging National Days: One of our recent survey's on the topic of burnout, was a perfect example. During National Stress Awareness Month, we re-pitched different angles based around tips, advice and shared our key data within key news stories, adding to already existing campaigns. Drop me a message to find out more about the strategies we're implementing in the US 🙌
