Let me ask you something: Do you know what your customers want? Do you really? You can’t answer that effectively without a customer strategist. Every team needs one. A customer strategist: - Leads customer research - Analyzes customer behavior - Helps identify customer opportunities - Advocates for the customer Without a customer strategist, you'll only operate at your level of understanding. And, operating at a low level of understanding will cause you to miss out on valuable opportunities to meet customer needs and stand out from the competition. So, if you don't have one yet, it's time to prioritize hiring a customer strategist. Trust me, it's an investment worth making.
