The Leader's Mind Shift pt1 - There is a fundamental shift in thinking required when a top performer is put in a place of leadership.

"Humility makes us stronger leaders, rather than weaker ones. People don’t expect their leaders to be infallible, but they do expect them to be honest. Steve Munby puts it well in ‘Imperfect Leadership’ (2019), when he says that we are all imperfect, but we need to accept and embrace that. The most important thing is that we reflect, we keep learning, we adapt and we determine to go on to be even better in the future."
