Employee retention - because keeping your talented crew from sailing off into the sunset is like guarding the Iron Throne. But instead of dragons, you've got vending machines and birthday cakes. The strategy: 1. Flexible Hours: Allowing team members to work in their pajamas—because who's productive in suits and ties? 2. Office Perks: Stocking the snack cupboard with artisanal popcorn and gluten-free everything. (But don't touch Steve's labeled yogurt. Seriously.) 3. Team-Building Activities: From escape rooms to karaoke nights. Nothing bonds a team like collectively butchering "Bohemian Rhapsody." Remember, a happy team is a productive team. And as long as you keep the coffee flowing and the memes coming, you might survive another season. Here's to less turnover and more high fives.

It's Halloween.... I'll teach you a trick. A lot of people talk about wanting to increase employee retention. Unfortunately not a lot of people take the actions necessary to do so. Today is the last day of the month and it's around 4PM. One of our sales managers has young kids. I do not have young kids. Who do you think it not at the store anymore and is instead getting ready to go trick or treating? Who do you think is covering the desk the rest of the day? I'll let you take a guess!
