It connects us with loved ones across the globe, fosters professional networks, and allows us to share ideas and experiences with a vast audience. Businesses can leverage social media for marketing, customer service, and building brand awareness. The Double-Edged Sword However, the constant stream of curated perfection and carefully crafted narratives can lead to feelings of inadequacy and social comparison.
