Protein Powder Protein powder makes a great addition to many recipes and baked goods. Doing so increases the protein amount per serving by 30% to 50%. 2. Paneer or Tofu Grate and add to any kind of batter or bread or chappathi dough. 3. Nuts and Seeds Add to Curds for a quick snack.
