Strategic Planning: • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth objectives. • Identify new markets, customer segments, and product/service offerings. Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. • Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business. Sales and Revenue Generation: • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand business with existing ones. Proposal and Presentation Development: • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients. Negotiation and Contract Management: • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. • Ensure that contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Networking: • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and identify business opportunities. • Represent the company at various forums to enhance its visibility and reputation. Collaboration with Internal Teams: • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development strategies with overall company objectives. Feedback and Market Intelligence: • Gather and provide feedback from clients and the market to inform product/service improvements and innovations. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive developments. Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and challenges. • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development strategies. Risk Management: • Identify potential risks and challenges in business development initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
