India loves cricket and I am no different, but some management lessons for all of us in this world cup. 1. People may hate you, troll you , talk about you but if you have to come back and silence them do it like Pandya. Focus on Outcome (Result /delivery) #HardikPandya 2. You may suddenly be insulted because you are not your manager's favourite but do your job with honesty, do not blame your colleagues for the same and you will do what no one imagined. #Rohit 3. Focus on your skill - a customer in Netherlands told me that a good engineer is better than an average manager. #Bumrah skills matter, be best at whatever you do. 4. You may be the best but sometimes leadership isn't about skills it's about leading better people than you are. He was asked to step down but still he contributed for Team India. Contribute for your organisation and you will get respect irrespective of your position, role etc. #Kohli 5. The deal is never lost till it's lost. The match was 95% in favour of SA but India won. Keep calm and give your best :) #salesgyan 6. I can go on and on for Pant , Sky etc but will end with what #Dhoni believed - Process is more important than outcome, focus on process outcome will follow. and last is that I am a #Ganguly fan - build the right team result will follow. #IndiaIndia
Satyarth Mishra : Perhaps it's worth mentioning the blinder Surya pulled off in the business end of the summit clash; Had it not been achieved it would have been a tad difficult to get us past the line!!
Very nicely put, Satyarth. Thanks for sharing

5mo#pandya threw a full toss to miller, it was almost a 6. If it was a clean hit this message would have been so different.
