EACH INDUSTRY has different problems to solve, so it has different products developed to solve those problems.
EACH INDUSTRY has different characteristics and personas in their customer base.
EACH INDUSTRY has different business models for those products and customers.
I have these insights because in my business, JanYoungCX, I consult with companies and coach CS Leaders from so many different industries.
But I think EVERYONE would benefit from these insights!
