I recently came across an article written back in 2016 called Dress for Success: How Clothes Influence Our Performance. Some of the advice I really took to heart. For a week I paid close attention to how I was feeling based on what I wore. I noticed I had a harder time focusing at work when I wore a hoodie and jeans, compared to the days I wore business attire. I noticed similar feeling during the weekend. My self confidence was higher when I looked nicer. What are your thoughts on this?
