I'm speaking directly to my network, especially those in cybersecurity, advanced engineering, space exploration, and renewable energy sectors. The opportunities in front of us are not just groundbreaking; they're sky-high, with Defence sectors expecting an 8% job growth, Aerospace 12%, and the Nuclear field looking at a 10% hike. I've been reflecting on these numbers and it's clear we're standing at the precipice of a new era. Yes, we're seeing tantalizing salary boosts in the range of 5-7%, particularly for those with expertise in AI, robotics, and sustainable engineering. Talent in these specialties is quickly becoming a hot commodity. But with opportunity comes challenge.
