+1 every (1) counts - At SCALDIA we have a strong belief in the importance of each individual and their role in our collective success. It was therefore a natural choice to use the terms "+1 - every (1) counts" as a starting point for developing our new employer brand concept. During summer we introduced this new concept to our employees and started to work with it in our daily business. We would like to invite you to join us on our journey here on LinkedIn. But what does +1 mean for us and our existing and future employees? Here are a few examples: +1 is a mindset but also a choice, a culture that says yes, and where the extra voice is heard. Because every (1) counts. +1 is also an outcome, a goal that says we can do better, where excellence is normal. Because every (1) can make an impact. That's how we get people on the same page. Stay tuned to learn more about +1 in our next posts. #scaldia #employerbranding

I’m a man of culture! Because after 8 years of professional experience, I’ve realised that talent mixed with right culture, makes a great recipe for sustained success. Confused/New employees? Foster a culture of learning and support. Need brand awareness? Build a culture of brand advocacy. Want to increase numbers? A culture of winning and healthy competition (provided the employees aren’t still confused lol) Culture creates consistency and turns actions into habits. I'm a big fan of culture. It can make or break organisations. #CompanyCulture #InternalCommunications

Trying new things with the team! 💡 Yesterday marked the launch of our first #TownHall event at VMGroup. Program Manager, Eva Murphy organised the event as an opportunity to get everyone together and speak about all things VMGroup! 🔎 At VMGroup, we are concentrating on building the foundations that will support the business as we grow and this year we have a strong focus on improving our #CompanyCulture. 💪 We have introduced bi-monthly town halls to provide #transparency to our team. It is an opportunity for everyone to come together and feel like they are #informed and #connected as one team. 🤝 Our goal will be to do the Town Halls in person where possible. This forum allows our leadership team to share any company news, like new partnerships, upcoming events or initiatives, celebrate team achievements and provide updates on progress towards achieving our OKRs. 🎯 The event saw the announcement of our new #WorkplaceWellbeing programmes, the introduction of team #SocialClubs and committees, recruitment incentives, upcoming #TeamBuilding days, and much more! 📅 The team members have the opportunity to present anything new or exciting they have learned in their area of expertise and prompt open discussion. Many fresh out-of-the-box ideas were pitched as the team’s creative juices started flowing 💡 (Viv and Eva were on a roll!)🤭 We look forward to continuing these events and boosting our culture of #collaboration and information sharing as we continue to grow as a company and team! 📈 We would love to hear from you in the comments if your company has tried Town Halls or if you would consider holding them? What activity has made the greatest improvement in boosting your company culture? 🗨 Team VMGroup 🔎 #CompanyCulture #Inclusion #Transparency #EmployeeEngagement #GrowthMindset #TeamDynamics #Innovation

This semester I took a course titled Diverse Voices with professor Robyn Hankerson-Printemps through the UF Public Relations Department. This course allowed me to explore the role of diversity, equity, and inclusion in society and in the Public Relations industry. Throughout the course my peers and I participated in group discussions surrounding DEI principles, how DEI is important to incorporate in the workplace, and recent trends and articles involving DEI in modern media and PR. As students of PUR3211, we also got the opportunity to analyze the DEI efforts of major companies through group assessments, in which my group researched Mattel. It was so valuable gaining insight into how Mattel, and other large companies including Fenty Beauty, Patagonia and Nike have been working towards accomplishing DEI initiatives today to support diverse cultures within their workplaces, as well as through their marketing and PR efforts. During the semester we also read the textbook Diverse Voices: Profiles in Leadership, edited by Shelley and Barry Spector. The reading highlighted various real-life profiles of communications industry leaders on their challenges, obstacles, and successes in the field being from diverse backgrounds. Through testimonials, the book serves as a guide for employers on the necessity of maintaining inclusive environments and supporting multicultural perspectives in order to encourage other diverse professionals. In her profile, Senior VP for Diversity and Inclusion at Weber Shandwick, Judith Harrison, speaks about how unconscious bias appears in the PR industry, particularly in the recruiting process, handling promotions, and in selecting clients. After discussing unconscious biases in class, this point from Harrison’s profile stood out to me as people can be largely unaware how implicit stereotypes being prevalent in leadership of a company can significantly affect attracting and developing new, diverse talent. Understanding this viewpoint is vital for myself and other PR students as without change, we are hindering the possibility of future innovation from diverse perspectives. Following what I learned throughout Diverse Voices, I wanted to share with my network this Forbes article, “Why Leaders Need To Focus On DEI Efforts Now More Than Ever”. It emphasizes how incorporating DEI efforts more than surface level is more attractive to prospective employees, as well as how creating a collaborative, diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment can lead to higher business performance. As DEI grows in significance to younger generations, including myself, as they enter the workforce, it is imperative for corporate leaders to recognize how truly evolving their DEI efforts can make the workforce “flourish” and establish a “growth mindset” that will effectively drive success. #DiverseVoices https://lnkd.in/e3CjRWTS

Let's talk about sharing that fosters engagement and consequently participation: we've devised a new format for the news section of our website. We believe it's important for the stakeholders and for the #ntspeople to be informed about the several initiatives of the company, in addition to what we already share during scheduled internal meetings. We do this to create a stronger sense of belonging for every worker, as each one is an essential part of a whole that must function better and better. For this reason, the news on our website have dressed as a widely distributed house organ, a new showcase of some of the highlights that characterized the past month at NTS. What do you think about? And how would you like to interpret the concept of participation in a company? #ntspeople #ntsmoulding #beyondmoulding #awareness #engagement #responsibility #employerbranding #houseorgan #retention

Core Value ➡️ Engaged What does "engaged" mean to us? It's more than just being present—it's about actively participating, connecting, and contributing. Engagement is at the heart of everything we do, whether with our clients, our team members, or our community. It means listening intently, collaborating wholeheartedly, and going above and beyond to make a positive impact. It's about fostering open communication, building strong relationships, and embracing diversity and inclusion every step of the way. Perhaps most importantly, being engaged is about passion—a genuine passion for what we do and the people we do it with. It's what drives us to learn and grow continuously and to make a difference in the lives of those around us. Here's to embracing engagement in all its forms – because when we're engaged, there's no limit to what we can achieve together. #socialmedia #socialmediamarketing #socialmediaexpert #socialmediatipsandtricks #loveyourworkwedo #loveyourworkinglife
