But if there are 12 Wingers sites over various towns and cities, how do we make sure that quality is the same in each and every portion?
When thinking about how to scale and maintain quality, we didn't want to make things hard for our franchisees and we wanted to make sure that they could keep costs down.
🐔 Flavour: We decided that marinating our chicken ourselves and then delivering it to our sites weekly ensured consistent quality and cost saving for franchisees. This way we can make sure every bite is a premium flavour experience!
🐔 Franchisees: Our franchisees are living the day to day of Wingers, and are going to have more insight than us in particular areas. If something could be more efficient or result in better quality for customers, we want to know and we'll take suggestions on board. Their thoughts help us improve our systems.
🐔 Onboarding: Making sure that we are there for every new franchisees onboarding and opening means we can ensure the store looks consistent, that the dishes are being explained correctly and that the franchisees and staff feel comfortable and confident.
A great experience for customers happens when the food is great, the staff made them feel welcome and they enjoyed the environment. Through our chicken deliveries and also training, working with and most importantly listening to franchisees we hope that we can deliver a consistent experience in every single Wingers as we continue to scale.
