Easy Flaxseed Pudding for Breakfast For those on a low carb; low sugar; gluten-free dietary regime – whether by choice or by necessity - finding interesting foods can be a challenge. The good news is that those on a Vegan diet can enjoy this too (if you can’t eat eggs you can omit and use chopped dates) All you need are: About half a cup Brown Flaxseed Meal 2 tablespoons Shredded Coconut 2 tablespoons Flaked Almonds Tablespoon or 2 or Chopped Cashews (optional) Pinch of salt Cinamon I egg beaten with about a three-quarters of cup of almond (or other non-dairy milk) mixed with quarter teaspoon cinnamon powder. Mix these together Put in microwave for 2 minutes or cook on stove top When cooked add 2 tablespoons LSA (Linseed, Almonds, Sunflower Seeds) Plus either more Almond Milk or Coconut Yoghurt goes great too! Of course those who do not have to watch their sugar intake can add maple syrup or chopped up dates or even banana for sweetness; or even top with other fruit What do you think friends? #ScienceofLongevity #Eatingforhealth #Radicalhealth #Keto #Paleo
