🌳 Do you have Ash Trees on your property?   All trees come with a duty of care , no more than when it comes to managing ash trees affected by ash dieback.   Ash dieback was first detected in the Republic of Ireland in 2012. The disease is now prevalent throughout most of the island of Ireland and the rest of Europe with a significant impact on the health of affected trees.   Over these summer months we have a key window of opportunity in the identification of ash dieback, and it is a crucial time to prioritise the safety of the public, and property, around them.   The below informative video from Teagasc, explains the background to the disease and how to spot it.    If you are unsure about the health and safety risks posed by infected ash trees (or any tree) on your property, it is advisable to consult a qualified tree management professional like our Arborist Björn Löfstrand.   Remember, by law the owner of the land where a tree stands, is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of those who could be affected by it.
