Deliver regular metrics on human capital progress. ‘If human capital is part of the deal thesis, then there should be key performance indicators, reports, and discussions as parts of routine communication between owners and managers. 7moScott A. Scanlon, I've listened to interviews on leadership in PE and I continually hear that interviewees/PE leaders talk about culture and leadership but do not pay a great deal of attention, time, money to it on the ground, in real life. Looking forward to hearing this.
