🌟 Over the weekend, I embarked on an exciting project that perfectly combines my passion for agile methodologies with my fascination with artificial intelligence. I developed "Scrum Compass," a bespoke situational advice tool powered by GPT technology, specifically designed to support Scrum Masters. For those unfamiliar, GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) is an advanced AI that can understand and generate human-like text based on the input it receives. It's like having a virtual assistant that's been trained on a vast amount of information to provide relevant, context-aware advice. Scrum Compass utilizes this technology to address common challenges Scrum Masters encounter, such as integrating into existing teams, cultivating a supportive team environment, managing interpersonal dynamics, and effectively engaging with stakeholders. 👩💻 This project not only served as an AI Prompt Engineering exercise but also highlighted my commitment to integrating innovative solutions into agile practices. From Agile to AI: Building Tech Acumen with SAFe 🔹 bp: As Product Owner in a #DigitalTransformation program, I lived and breathed #agile while overhauling digital communication capabilities under the guidance of brilliant champions and inspirational leaders like Abidemi O-Thomas and Kevinjohn Gallagher. Their mentorship shaped my understanding of what agility truly means.  🔹 Shell: My Digital Platforms Team gradually transitioned from waterfall to agile, delivering projects faster and more collaboratively. Seeing Tiberiu Jivu, Paul Phillips, MariCarmen Perez Gonzalvez, Balamurugan Gopalakrishnan and many other colleagues upskilling in Scaled Agile Framework #SAFe inspired me to follow suit.  🎉 I’m happy to share that I completed Introduction to SAFe: Navigating Scaled Agile Framework on Coursera. Over 11 hours, I deepened my understanding of how to #scaleagility in large, matrixed organisations.  ✨ Why SAFe matters  SAFe is a game-changing framework for #orchestrating the deployment of complex digital platforms. This is an essential skill as organisations start to integrate #AI into legacy systems and existing infrastructures.  💡 I’ll be honest: the course itself felt a bit basic for my taste, but it was a good refresher and an excellent foundation for beginners.  🙏 Thank you to Pavan R for challenging me to improve my tech acumen.
