Brand Love. Back in 1946 when my grandfather Milo Carlton founded Milo's Tea Company, Inc. (it was a burger stand back then called Milo's Hamburgers), he had a philosophy of always listening to his customers, using high-quality, natural ingredients, and never sacrificing taste. Serving your fans - those people that make your business successful - is the Magic. And, it fuels my (and our TEAm's) purpose to know that we bring joy to the lives of Americans through our drinks. Crafting chocolates by hand is an art, but when dealing with a surge in orders, it’s also a balancing act. My team and I map out every step of production so that every piece that leaves our kitchen is as perfect as the first one. I love this part: creating new, festive collections that capture the spirit of the season. But it takes time to get the flavors just right and to design packaging that feels like unwrapping a little bit of joy. Starting early gives us the space to be creative without the pressure.
