Happy New Year from Searchland! ✨ As we enter 2025 we wanted to share our predictions for this year within the property industry & we'll give you a clue...policies 👀 📑 With a newly defined grey belt definition released from the NPPF we expect to see an increase in planning appeals referencing grey belt sites. 📑We expect BNG (Biodiversity Net Gain) to carry just as much importance this year as it did last, but with the evolution of the credit market. 📑Lastly, we predict an immense pressure on councils particularly in the first half of the year, including failures on housing targets due to the sheer number of new changes introduced last year.
