Let's talk about interruptions.....NO. Let's talk about changing the energy of interruptions! Even if you are interrupted, you can change the energy of the room by changing yourself. This is step one. Other things to do are to address interruptions politely, encourage all voices to speak, use pausing and body language effectively, and to have private conversations. By managing interruptions thoughtfully, we create a respectful and focused environment where everyone's contributions are valued. Leadership development training is a good place to start.
