We’re thrilled to be named Global Sector Leader – Listed & Global Development Sector Leader [Mixed Use Sector], in the “Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB)”, for the 8th & 5th years in a row; a nod to our amazing People and Partners who always find new and creative ways to push the limits when it comes to sustainability. It’s also very encouraging to see that this year’s edition saw record participation from 2,200+ listed and non-listed portfolios – generating a benchmark that covers ~208,000 assets with USD7 trillion in gross asset value (GAV) across 80 markets. In particular, there was significant growth in Asia – with a 15% increase in regional participation. This means that more and more companies are putting #Sustainability front and centre; and together, we’re driving the decarbonisation of the real estate sector. As we move forward, we’ll continue to do even more and integrate sustainability into every facet of our business to ultimately build #VibrantCommunities where people can thrive. Thank you to all our tenants, stakeholders and colleagues for continuing to support our vision. #SwireProps #SD2030 #SustainabilityWeAllCount #GRESB
