I am 3+ years into creating BioGroundz... and one of the most insightful conversations I was able to have was with Young Han at the end of 2024. He flat out told me, that before he even takes a call like the one we were one, he asks the founder if they interviewed 100 other companies/ people within the space they are trying to disrupt. So here I am. After 2 weeks of waiting for a 30 min phone call, already on my back foot and underprepared. But that pre-requisite Young gave me to call 100 others in the space I'm trying to disrupt has already been fruitful before I even hit 10 calls! He said that if I can't get 100 people on the phone for a free interview.... that I probably won't be able to sell the product I am wanting to create... ouch. Those phone calls prompted me to start making BioGroundz's next product, biochar. That biochar has already opened the door to 2 new agriculture companies who are starting to incorporate said biochar into their business. All that being said, I'd like to introduce the next phase & product for BioGroundz - Kafin8 Biochar. Biochar can be used in air filtration, water filtration, concrete production, methane capture, & regenerative agriculture and the list goes on... So take Young's advice and start making those phone call!
