🏁 If you talk about #sports, motorsports won't always feature at the top of the conversation. From my point of view motorsport is comparable to many other sports with the added variable of the vehicle. Material and technology is part of many other sports (e.g. Cycling, bobsleigh, biathlon or even swimming) but within motorsports technology and material has a clearly visible and high impact on performance. 🏍️ The #MotoGP race in Jerez this past weekend delivered heart-stopping moments and intense battles on the track. It was the reigning champion Francesco (Pecco) Bagnaia who took victory after a fierce battle with the eight-time world Champion Marc Marquez. The last few laps were incredible and showcased motorsports in its purest form. Given the fact that Marquez rides the last years Ducati in a private team compared to Pecco riding for the Ducati factory team with the newest specification of the 2024 bike it will be exciting to see whether Marquez will be able to win and outweigh the potential disadvantage of an year old bike. Nevertheless, the visceral experience of watching these fearless riders push the limits of man and machine is unmatched. At the finish line the gap was only 0.372 seconds between the two contenders. ⏳ I am excited to see what the recent acquisition of the MotoGP through Liberty Media will bring to the series. Liberty Media have shown that they are able to expand the reach and excitement of a motorsport series globally. Their success with Formula 1 is proven but as a petrol head I must admit that the modern Formula 1 is drifting into a direction that is not in my favour. Don't get me wrong, I love Formula 1 - the precision engineering, the strategic prowess, the glitz and glamour—it's all part of what makes F1 so captivating. But there's something about the raw, unbridled passion of MotoGP that sets my pulse racing like nothing else. 🤔 I am curious to find out if there will be a change within the next year in viewership and the fanbase of MotoGP. Do you prefer MotoGP or Formula 1? #MotoGP #sportsmarketing Dorna Sports

Meet Our Team: Alexey Savelyev! Each month we will introduce a team member of the PromixFlame Team. We will start with our team boss and founder, Alexey Savelyev. Read the interview with him below. Where are you from? "I live in a suburban town of Moscow, called Balashikha, located east to the city. But I was born, raised and spent most of my life in my home town of Mirniy in Arkhangelsk Region, located near the Plesetsk spaceport." What is your favorite car to race in? "High downforce cars in general. I like sharp turning cars that are sensitive to my steering input." What is your favorite number? "27. It has a nice shape to it. I also drive 72, that's the favorite number of my oldest friend, who I honor having in my life." What is your favorite race track? "It's a tough one. I generally like fast flowing circuits so probably Spa. But I also like Silverstone and Imola." What is your favorite real-life team? "Ferrari." What is your favorite moment with the PromixFlame Team? "Probably making 1-2 at HME Le Mans 2022 with two different cars. But every winning moment is special to me because it's my team and if it goes well, I am proud." What makes the PromixFlame Team special compared to other teams? "We have a well-recognizable team spirit and well-developed teamwork. And I've been repeatedly told that we do have a style." What made you fall in love with racing and autosports? "I got into Formula 1 when I was only 3 years old. One of my first races was Brazilian GP 2001. I guess a small kid just can't not get into something that has fast loud cars, Michael Schumacher and Juan Pablo Montoya. Also, Jos Verstappen was stuck in my head because of his incident in that race with Montoya but also his beautiful orange Arrows car." What was the reason that you started racing? "I like competing, just for the pureness of it. I like to best myself and know that I did my best and it feels good to win after all that. I started racing when I got back in F1 in 2013 with Codemasters game. I held my own league and it was a very pleasant experience." Why should people start simracing? "If you like competing with time - why not. It's about a challenge with time: how fast can you run, how fast can you complete the game (I enjoy doing occasional speedruns too when I have a spare time) and how fast can you navigate a track is also one of those things." ____________________________________________ Do you want to compete in high-tier simracing championships as part of our team? Do you want to achieve highest results as our driver? Or maybe you want to guide us in our races as our race engineer or strategist? Or would you like to represent us in media environment as our social media manager? Triathlete Magazine on the 2024 Kona Bike Count: “Three interesting movers from the back are Cadex, Kú and Dimond—nontraditional, performance-focused tri-only brands that barely even made the list in previous years”. Of these 3 movers, Kú Cycle grew the fastest and now has the highest count of the three brands with 24 athletes qualified and racing on the Kú TF1 of a total of 2400 athletes, a 1% athlete share. With this result, Kú Cycle moved up 7 positions from 20th to the 13th bike brand position in the Men’s Kona Bike Count. Measured by bikes counted, Kú Cycle is now bigger than Cadex, Cannondale, Ceepo, Ventum, Dimond, Pinarello, Parlee, Look and Factor. A big thank you to our customers, Kú Next Gen athletes, professional athletes, manufacturing partners, service partners and investors 🤩🫶

The Motorsport Revolution: Liberty Media bought Dorna Sports and MotoGP™ , Women's World Championship with Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. R7, and Shifting Perspectives in Other Categories The world of two-wheeled racing is experiencing an epochal shift, with a series of events redefining the dynamics of the industry. At its core lies the renowned MotoGP™ , alongside the recent launch of the Women's World Championship with Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. R7 bikes, and the shifting perspectives concerning other categories like Moto3 and Moto2. While MotoGP™ remains the crown jewel of motorcycle racing, other categories such as Moto3 and Moto2 are increasingly perceived as fallback options compared to the prestigious premier competition. Nonetheless, despite this perception, these categories continue to offer fertile ground for developing young talent and fostering innovation in the sector. The true game-changer in the two-wheeled racing ecosystem is the recent introduction of the Women's World Championship with R7 bikes, an ambitious initiative aimed at promoting inclusivity in motorsport and providing female riders with the opportunity to compete at the highest level. Despite being considered by some as a contingency championship, this new series is rapidly gaining relevance in the industry, showcasing its potential to redefine gender dynamics in the world of motorcycle racing. Simultaneously, there are prospects of change in the landscape of the Superbike World Championship, with rumors circulating about a potential sale of the competition. Such a change in ownership could lead to further transformations in the world of motorcycle racing, influencing corporate strategies and competitive dynamics within the sector. In conclusion, the confluence of these factors - MotoGP™ , the Women's World Championship with Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA R7 bikes, the shifting perspectives in other categories, and the potential transformations in the Superbike World Championship - is reshaping the landscape of two-wheeled motorsport. It is a moment of profound transformation and innovation in the industry, promising to steer motorsport towards a more inclusive, diversified, and exciting future for all its stakeholders.
