Embracing "Marusu" for Growth and Collaboration 🌟 Early in my career, I encountered a Gujarati term "Marusu," which loosely translates to "What's in it for me?" While it can be perceived in many ways, I interpreted it as a critical principle for effective business , compelling reasons for commercial pursuits, communication and even relationship building. This concept aligns beautifully with the second habit of "Begin with the end in mind," allowing us to visualize clear outcomes for our actions in both business and personal contexts. At IBPC, we've adopted "Marusu" within the Technology (and Sustainability) TT focus group. We're excited to host “Marusu Saturday Mornings” – time-bound, agenda-driven sessions designed for high-impact learning and collaboration. Our goal is straightforward: to come together to "learn or earn" (ideally both). Each session focuses on sharing experiences—business insights, personal anecdotes, and brainstorming opportunities for partnerships and internal collaboration. The response has been fantastic! Today’s session was another smash hit !! Thanks to the camaraderie and teamwork within our TT focus group, we've fostered high-energy bonding, vibrant discussions, and a wealth of shared ideas and experiences.
