The quest for the missing pillar of SMS continues at the final day of our Safety Promotion Workshop in Singapore. We've moved onto the practical phase and now our 42 representatives from 17 different countries are building collaborative campaigns that we can all use later. The main thing we have established this week is that we save lives when we promote safety effectively. There are 3 steps to good safety promotion in your organisation. 🛫 Choose one your key risks as a topic for promotion. 🥅 Decide on the goals of your safety promotion campaign and identify the key messages. 🎬 Make exciting and engaging content designed for your target audience. in person discussions at routine meetings are also great (don't add extra meetings on that topic, because then safety becomes a punishment in the eyes of your workforce).
