🙌I've noticed a growing trend among upper management/ business owners who are genuinely focusing on the human resource. Understanding that in a workplace where all companies have access to more or less the same software, equipment, and tools, the differentiator is the quality and engagement of the people working for their business. I feel the companies focus on employee well-being has dramatically increased in the last four years.
