What an inspiring and realistic conversation about creating a culture of talent retention at today's AFCEA Nova event. 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 – that was the word I heard most often at this conference and also the feeling that stayed with me throughout the event. What a fantastic event in Munich! The first 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 was truly a highlight – two days full of practical examples and scientific insights! I am grateful to have heard so many success stories from companies that are already actively practicing Positive Leadership. The energy in the room was particularly impressive – many speakers emphasized that they had rarely experienced such a dynamic and energized audience.
