Our 2024 Christmas Fest was a blast! 🎄 Last Friday, we wrapped up the year with presentations by our company leadership and lead engineers about key projects and innovations from the past year and what to expect in the near future. There are definitely many exciting developments in the pipeline for 2025! Later we spent the afternoon together for lunch followed by a fun evening of dancing and celebrating! The SENSIA Team sends a big thank you to our colleagues, partners and clients for another wonderful year, and we wish you a Merry Christmas! #MerryChristmas #TeamSENSIA

What an inspiring and realistic conversation about creating a culture of talent retention at today's AFCEA Nova event. The conversation went back to the simple yet often challenging truth of human connection. To create the feeling of belonging that inspires people to stay -- leaders and managers can choose to focus on meeting their team members where they are, connecting in ways that are unique to what motivates them, and showing up as valuing their growth. While we probably all instinctively know this, it's a practice that takes continuous patience, skill, and no joke -- a sense of humor. :) [Pictured Michelle Larkin, MG Linda Lee Singh, USA (Ret.), Ms. Theresa Terry, and Col. Evert Hawk, USA] #afceanova #organizationalculture #startanevolution

𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 – that was the word I heard most often at this conference and also the feeling that stayed with me throughout the event. What a fantastic event in Munich! The first 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 was truly a highlight – two days full of practical examples and scientific insights! I am grateful to have heard so many success stories from companies that are already actively practicing Positive Leadership. The energy in the room was particularly impressive – many speakers emphasized that they had rarely experienced such a dynamic and energized audience. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀! 😊 A huge thank you to the amazing speakers who made this event so special: Kim Cameron (University of Michigan ) Marie Günther (Bosch Service Solutions) Stefan Klampfer & Kristina Huber (PALFINGER AG) Dr. Marita Unden (DB Fernverkehr) Ayse Y. (Glatt Group) Nicole Anell (Jobcenter Osnabrück) Svenja Engel & Melanie Marguier (ICHTHYOL-GESELLSCHAFT Cordes, Hermanni & Co. (GmbH & Co.) KG) Christine Wall-Pilgenroeder (CEO) Verena Laumayer 👩💻 & Michaela Schulz (SAP) Helmuth Stampfer (Tyrolit Group, Swarovsky) Norbert Heining (SAM Executive Search HR Kompetenzcenter GmbH ) 🚀The start of the event was already something special for me – together with Kim Cameron, Renate Siebert and Norbert Heining, we visited the 🎡Oktoberfest🍻 and had an incredible amount of fun, even though our attempt at the can-shooting game didn’t exactly cover us in glory! 😄 The two days were filled with inspiration, exchange, and, most of all, a great deal of joy. The takeaways we all gained are a lot – making a difference that makes a difference! A huge thank you to Norbert Heining and Renate Siebert and their whole team – you brought this forum to life and created a platform for learning from each other, showcasing fantastic Positive Leadership best practice examples from companies, and growing together. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀! #positiveleadership #permalead #munich #positivepsychology
