Grazie per i consigli Filippo Bergamin! Posso confermare quanto detto nel post qui sotto: vendere nel Fintech è complesso e prevede un ciclo di vendita più lungo. Dopo un mese di prospecting e studio del mondo fintech, le sfide che incontro non sono poche. Un paio di considerazioni personali: La ricerca della persona di riferimento dev'essere eseguita in maniera certosina e spesso non viene identificata subito. Questo perché , come detto anche da Filippo, la persona coinvolta nel processo decisionale è spesso più di una e coinvolge diverse aree aziendali. Funzionale e in maniera correlata a questa ricerca dev'essere pensato il messaggio con cui ci si propone. La soluzione proposta porterà vantaggi al marketing? Al finance? A entrambi? Essere quanto più specifici aiuta a presentare in maniera più chiara la value proposition. In altre parole un approccio consulenziale è necessario per vendere fintech e a mio avviso anche l'unico per affermarsi come seri e serie professionisti/e. #sales #fintech
