So when you think of digitization, the traditional systems of CRM which is customer centric, Erps which is manufacturing centric, Plums which is design centric, these all systems they are not fit for purpose. When you think of servitization and you come across various data which will sit in lots of different places and they are not really off value. When you think of servitization, you have design systems on the left hand side part. Systems which are you know in a in a different ecommerce place you have lots of written sheets for service you have lots of job folders that we are working with right now where they are just on SharePoint and and this data is not usable and so we. We believe that when we talk about servitization, everything has to be asset centric and when you make it asset centric. Regardless of who in your supply chain is, if it's the owner, if it's the manufacturer, if it's the distributor or the service technicians, all of them will have the same version of truth of that asset and they can maximize the outcome from that asset. You can ask what specific manuals are there, what are the parts that I require? What is the various sensor information for this equipment? All of that becomes available in one place and and when you do that, we have. The opportunity to create that my printer, my HVAC, my chiller sort of experience where all of this data from all the different stakeholders is available in one place as a digital twin, as an operational digital twin, which helps maximize the outcome from the asset for the owners and maximize the opportunity from from the manufacturer perspective.
