Corporate Training Facilitator I help organizations prevent Leadership Burnout and Compassion Fatigue using a trauma sensitive and systems approach to create a supportive work culture that prioritizes work life harmony.

Social workers and therapists need therapists too❗️Despite our expertise in aiding individuals in trauma processing, resource connection, and system navigation, we are not immune to needing professional support. Imagine assisting 20-30 people weekly in their most vulnerable states while balancing personal and professional life, without access to trained professionals to aid in processing our own thoughts and emotions healthily. We uphold ethical standards that mandate practicing with integrity. Unaddressed emotions and trauma can potentially lead to unethical and harmful behavior. Just as doctors seek medical assistance for physical pain, therapists should not be held to a different standard regarding seeking mental health help. We are human. We experience pain. "Life be lifing" for us too. We are not exceptions. #whohelpsthehelpers #wearenotexempt #therapistsneedtherapists #compassionfatigue #burnoutrecovery
