This isn't some corporate phrase workshopped by an HR team because it sounds good. It's something I see happening on an almost daily basis from all teams. As Head of Product, Willi Wiedergold talks to marketers weekly to learn and understand the influencer marketing space deeply. He figures out what we need to build to solve their most painful work issues. He's also the meme master. I have never worked with better product designers than Renata Johanson & Maksym Viushkin. They go above and beyond to do two things: 1) live and breathe the influencer marketing workflow so they can design a beautifully simple tool, and 2) make sure engineers are happy! (For real, this was one of their KPIs in a previous quarter!)
