7. Required Documents for GSK Visit Applicants visiting the GSK for biometric authentication must carry the following: i)A copy (hard/soft) of the appointment confirmation email. ii)Details of the jurisdiction mentioned in the intimation email. iii)Original Aadhaar Card and PAN Card. vi)Original documents that were uploaded during the registration application process. 8. Biometric Authentication at GSK At the GSK, biometric authentication and document verification will be conducted for all individuals mentioned in the GST REG-01 application form. 9. Deadline for Biometric Verification Applicants must complete the biometric verification process within the permissible time period mentioned in the intimation email. After successful completion of the authentication and document verification, the Acknowledgement Reference Number (ARN) will be generated. 10. Operational Hours of GSK The operation days and hours for the GSK will follow the guidelines provided by the respective State administrations.

The Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) has been contacted by multiple professionals, saying they got a call from a man who claimed to be a DSPS investigator and further claimed the license holder is a suspect in drug trafficking and other illegal activity. These scammers can be convincing, even providing a badge number and case number, but please remember DSPS and state regulatory boards will never contact credential holders requesting payment to clear or restore licenses. I am reviewing a case for a possible ALJ regarding an RAC denial of DBS placement. The issue is that the NCD requires "severe" PD based on the UPDRS III testing, yet none of these tests use the word "severe" to define a specific score. This has allowed the RAC to deny payment based on setting an arbitrary score to define severe. In researching, I found the article below that will be of use to anyone else fighting these denials. The data CMS used to create the NCD defined severe as a UPDRS III score of 30, which is significantly less than what the RAC is using to deny the cases.
