At our Together Investing in Tomorrow’s Talent dialogue, Audrey Mothupi, CEO of SystemicLogic Group, highlighted a simple but powerful truth: education is the foundation of South Africa’s future, and business should play a pivotal role in expanding access through thoughtful and sustained investment. She urged leaders to bring others on board, sparking a ripple effect that drives impact beyond their own organisations. A commitment to education is about more than just creating opportunities today. It builds a future where talent and potential can thrive, paying it forward for generations to come. #BuildingTomorrowTogether #CollaboratingForImpact #LeadershipInAction

🚀 Just finished reading: "The Prosperity Paradox" by Clayton M. Christensen 🚀 The book challenges traditional approaches by arguing that economic growth often comes from disruptive innovations rather than from incremental improvements. Presents with evidence that development does not happen just by infusing resources which is evident from the fact that most of the poor countries are never able to make good with the aid they receive for development. Christensen presents a compelling case that developing countries can achieve prosperity not by copying the development paths of industrialized nations but by embracing disruptive technologies that cater to underserved markets. This shift in perspective is both enlightening and practical, providing a fresh framework for policymakers and business leaders alike. What stands out is Christensen's exploration of how inclusive innovations—those that serve the poor and underserved—can drive economic growth and create new markets. His insights into the mechanics of disruption and how it can be harnessed for broader societal benefits are both thought-provoking and actionable. #Innovation #EconomicDevelopment #BusinessStrategy #ClaytonChristensen
