MNC Head to HR: Ensure only smart and hardworking folks apply for a job at our company. The application process: 7. Post a job on LinkedIn. 6. Redirect the candidate to the company site. 5. Ask to upload a resume, saying details will be auto-fetched. 4. Ask 10,000 more questions already covered in the resume. 3. Throw an invisible error when the candidate submits the form. 2. Check the candidate's IQ by making them hunt for the error. 1. When the candidate discovers an extra space after the mobile number caused the error and finally rectifies it and presses submit, display "Session Expired" 😑

Whilst reading the book “Give and Take” by Adam Grant, I came across this excellent little extract. Highlighted below in the text, it reads “Givers get lucky” What he meant by this is, is that people who dedicate their time and efforts to others best interests over their own, will reap the rewards of an honest transaction. Dear HR and Hiring Team, I understand that managing a large number of applications can be challenging, but I believe it's important for the hiring team to let candidates know where they stand. Even if you receive hundreds of applications or CVs and publicly asking for them, it's crucial to communicate whether someone is being considered or not. The hiring team has the experience and enough resources or employees to make this happen, unless you do not have employees who actually speak the language. Respecting the effort candidates put into applying not only improves the hiring experience but also reflects on the overall company culture. 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: - Assist candidates with administrative tasks, ensuring they are equipped and informed throughout the onboarding process. 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: - Meet potential candidates, introduce them to the client's organization, and provide context on the regional environment.
