💡How to make a reliable PCB – 2. Inner layer💡 The Inner layer step consists of three processes: Image Transfer, Develop Etch Strip and Automatic Optional Inspection (AOI) In the image transfer process, the image is transferred to the board surface using photosensitive dry film and UV light, or laser direct imaging (LDI), in a clean room. The exposed dry film polymerizes, replicating the artwork. Then the dry film is developed to prepare for etching to remove unwanted copper from the panel. After that, the remaining dry film is stripped away, leaving the designed copper circuitry. The circuitry undergoes an AOI against digital images to ensure accuracy and defect free quality. The core of the Smart / RFID Card is the inlay sheet. The chip embedding and antenna welding is the main step, the normally inlay sheet material like PVC, PET, RPVC, PETG etc. For the standard layout inlay sheet 3*8 format, antenna welding machine wound 3 times, and 8 antennas are wound at the same time. Put the inlay sheet on the platform of the fully automatic gluing machine. Fixed the position and start work, the machine will automatically suck the inlay sheet onto the plateform for gluing. Last step high-speed swinging machine has 6 suction heads, it's can suck 6 chips at the same time and fixed them one by one on the inlay sheet according to the setted position, the RFID inlay sheet finished.
