I've been using Airtel Broadband since over a decade but lately their service has become a joke. I got a new "100 mbps" connection on 1 September 2024, yet my connection has never ONCE crossed 40 mbps in the 50+ days that this connection has been active. I've tried on weekdays, weekends, daytime, early morning, late night, but it's ALWAYS stuck in the 38-42 mbps range. I've been calling day in and day out to their customer support, and they tell me they will get back to me "in 48-72 hours" (which is atrocious in its own way, but I digress), yet, I have NEVER gotten a call back. All of my tickets get closed automatically after 72 hours. To make things worse, they forced me into paying for 6 months because according to the guy who set up my connection they don't have a monthly plan in Bangalore. I'm not sure if this actually a thing or if he lied to my face. Here are some of the excuses I've gotten for the slow speed from their "experts". I wish this were an exaggeration: "You will never get over 70-80% of the advertised speed anyway. 40 mbps is normal" "But sir, 40 mbps is not a bad speed, you can watch 1080p Youtube, right?" "Sorry sir, you have an air fiber connection, I only know how to fix regular fiber connection." He then hung up "If you keep trying the speed test over the next few hours, it will get better" airtel Since you are clearly unable or unwilling to give me more than 40% of the speed you advertised, and considering that my connection hasn't worked as advertised for a single day, I would like a refund for the 6 months that I paid for. Thank you. Maybe ACT FIBERNET will be a better choice.

🚨 Thinking about getting airtel Broadband? 🚨 DON’T! I’ve been dealing with frequent disconnections for over 15 days now. Every day I raise complaints, and Airtel’s response? The same old “24 hours” promise with ZERO results. The issue just fixes itself for a few hours, only to come back later. Meanwhile, I'm left without a proper connection despite paying full price. 🙂 When you try to reach customer care, they’ll keep you on hold, give you the runaround, and avoid resolving the issue. And when it comes to cancelling the service? Forget about it! You can't do it via the app, and the support team just avoids it completely. They refuse to help, leaving me stuck with this broken service. 😡 ⚠️ airtel – if you're listening, this is completely unacceptable! Customers are paying for a service you’re not delivering, and your team is failing at their jobs. Fix it or make it easier for us to leave! Enough is enough. To everyone else: Beware of Airtel Wi-Fi! As a long-standing customer, I have consistently experienced subpar performance, frequent outages, and misleading promises. The recent incident of extended outage, slow speeds, false promises is unacceptable. It has severely disrupted my work, studies, and personal life. Despite numerous complaints and assurances from your customer service representatives, the issue persists. I am deeply concerned about the lack of transparency and accountability from your team. Your false promises and delayed resolutions are not only frustrating but also a breach of trust. I demand immediate action to rectify this issue and restore reliable internet services. I expect a prompt and effective solution, including compensation for the inconvenience caused. I hope this email serves as a wake-up call. airtel it's high time to fix this. The frustration and disappointment with your service have reached a breaking point. For the past 8 days, the WiFi has been completely down. Despite many calls to airtel’s customer service, each lasting between 30 minutes to 1 hour, and assurances of resolution within 24 hours in each call, the issue remains unresolved. Scheduled appointments for an engineer to come and fix the issue have all been useless, with no one showing up. This disregard for customer service and false promises is just not acceptable. airtel, Airtel Digital I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Airtel Black Air Fiber WiFi service I have been receiving at my residence. For the past six months, the connectivity has been abysmally poor, and despite numerous complaints, there has been no resolution. The consistent lack of proper service is unacceptable and has greatly disrupted my daily activities. The issues extend beyond mere connectivity. The behavior of the staff at your Seawoods Navi Mumbai outlet has been nothing short of unprofessional and rude. Every time I have sought assistance, I have been met with dismissive attitudes and a blatant disregard for customer care. This kind of treatment is not what I expected from a reputed service provider like Airtel. In my latest interaction, when I requested the disconnection of my service due to the unresolved issues, I was told that I must first settle the outstanding bill. This demand was accompanied by rude remarks implying that if I am not satisfied with the service, I should simply disconnect it. This response is not only unhelpful but also infuriating, considering the continuous service failures that I have been subjected to. Given the circumstances, I demand the following: Immediate resolution of the WiFi connectivity issues. Formal apology and corrective action against the unprofessional behavior of the staff at the Seawood Navi Mumbai outlet. Waiver of the bill for the period during which the service was non-functional. Failure to address these concerns promptly will leave me with no option but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and consider legal action to seek redress. I look forward to your immediate attention to this serious matter.

According to your mobile app, this issue was supposed to be resolved by 5 PM on the same day. However, it has been over three days, and the problem remains unresolved. Despite making more than 21 calls to your customer support team and receiving repeated assurances that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, no progress has been made. This lack of action and the continued disruption to my work and daily life is completely unacceptable. The failure to address this issue promptly and effectively indicates a serious lapse in service quality and customer care. This prolonged lack of resolution is intolerable, and I am now demanding immediate action. Further delays are unacceptable, and I expect my connection to be restored without any additional excuses. Airtel's Poor and Pathetic Service It’s been 45 days since I ported my number to Airtel, and I’ve faced non-stop issues ever since. Despite numerous efforts, including over 50 emails, there has been no resolution. From delays in SIM card replacements to frequent data service disruptions, the problems persist. 🔴 **Disappointing Experience with airtel Postpaid Service** 🔴 I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with airtel’s postpaid service. Despite having ample data on my account, I am unable to access the internet. I have contacted customer support multiple times, each call requiring me to explain my issue from scratch, only to receive misleading information and inadequate help. A complaint has finally been lodged, but what’s even more infuriating is the resolution time set for 8th August 2024 - 15 days from now. This is utterly unacceptable, especially given the critical role mobile internet plays in our daily lives. airtel, this level of service is abysmal and completely fails to meet the standards one would expect from a leading service provider. I hope this message gets the attention it deserves and prompts immediate action to address and resolve these issues. For the past 20 hours, we have experienced a complete disconnect of internet services—both from the Airtel Fiber WiFi and your SIM network. This is **completely unacceptable**! Not only is the internet frequently disrupted for **6-7 hours every alternate day**, but the call network is also **ridiculously poor** in our area. Calls drop repeatedly, and it’s becoming impossible to rely on Airtel for basic communication needs. We are **paying for a service** that fails to deliver on every level, and the lack of reliable network coverage is beyond infuriating. How do you expect customers to remain loyal when your services fall short day after day? I demand an **immediate resolution** to these persistent issues.
